Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your subscription or membership within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a subscription or membership is 3 days from the date you received confirmation of your payment.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will not provide any reimbursement for membership or subscription fees beyond the initial 3 days.

Conditions for subscription cancellations:

In order for the subscription to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

• Subscription was activated within the last 3 days

The following subscriptions cannot be canceled:

• Subscriptions that have been used in any way prior to cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations of any subscription that does not meet the above cancellation conditions at our sole discretion.
